Pieces of different styles and sizes share a marker when they use the same fabric and color. Different fabrics or colors never mix. The nesting respects grain, rotation, mirrored pairs and pieces cut on the fold.

Consumption you can trust
The lay length and the consumption per garment come from the pattern of each fabric line, and from the tech pack for the other materials. If an input is missing, TramaMax lists it instead of showing a wrong total.

How do I calculate fabric consumption for a garment?
Draw the pattern pieces (or type the consumption), choose the fabric width in the material and add the garments to an order. TramaMax nests the pieces and returns the lay length and the consumption per garment.
Does it support tubular knit fabrics?
Yes. Each fabric can be open width or tubular, and the cutting plan places the pieces accordingly.
Can I see the marker?
Yes. Each lay shows the marker drawing with its length and efficiency.
