# Terms of use ## Agreement These terms govern your use of TramaMax: the website tramamax.com, the web app at app.tramamax.com, the iOS, iPadOS and Android apps, the API and the MCP server (together, the "service"). The service is operated by a company based in Brazil ("TramaMax", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our [privacy policy](../privacy/). If you use TramaMax for a business, you accept these terms for that business. ## The service TramaMax helps fashion professionals develop and produce garments: styles and tech packs, patterns, mannequin tables, cutting plans, costs and prices, orders, contracts, sharing and, on some plans, artificial intelligence. We improve the service continuously, so functions can change. Functions marked "coming soon" are not yet available and are not part of what you buy until they are released. ## Your account You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your email and authenticator app secure. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access. An account belongs to one person; do not share your access with others — use the sharing functions instead. ## Free trial Every new account starts with 14 days of the Basic plan, free and without a credit card. One trial is available for each person or business. When the trial ends without a subscription, your content stays saved and visible, but you need a plan to create and edit it. You can subscribe at any time; if you subscribe on the web during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends. ## Plans, payments and renewal The plans are Basic, Plus and Pro, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, in your currency when available. Taxes are included or added as stated at checkout. - **Web.** Payments are processed by Stripe. You manage or cancel the subscription in the Stripe customer portal, available in the app. - **iOS and Android.** Purchases in the apps use the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms, including how to cancel and request refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel before the new price applies. **Right of withdrawal.** If you are a consumer, the law may give you a right of withdrawal — for example, 7 days in Brazil under the Consumer Defense Code, or 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom. To use it for a web purchase, write to [hello@tramamax.com](mailto:hello@tramamax.com). Store purchases follow the store's refund process. ## AI credits Plus and Pro include AI credits every month. Credits of a monthly cycle expire at the end of that cycle. Credits from extra packs do not expire. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are used before an AI action starts, according to the published rates. If a pack is refunded, its unused credits are removed. ## Your content You keep all rights to the content you create in TramaMax. You give us a limited license to host, copy, process and display it only to provide and secure the service — for example, to calculate a cutting plan, create a PDF or show a shared style to the people you chose. When you share content, the people you invite can view or edit it according to the permission you gave. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and authorizations needed for it, including personal data of your clients and partners. Patterns obtained from the pattern marketplace may be used in your own work while your plan includes the marketplace; you may not resell or redistribute them as patterns. ## Acceptable use Do not use TramaMax to break the law or the rights of others; upload malicious code; access accounts or data without permission; overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service; bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls; or resell the service without our written agreement. ## AI and calculations AI results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review every result before using it. Contract drafts are a starting point and are not legal advice; have them reviewed by a lawyer. Cutting plans, fabric consumption, costs and prices are calculated from the data you enter. TramaMax checks geometry, not the fit of a garment on a body. Check the results before buying materials, cutting or quoting. ## Third-party services The service uses third-party providers, such as payment processors, app stores, email and AI providers, and lets you connect external AI applications through MCP. Their services follow their own terms. We are not responsible for services that you choose to connect. ## Suspension and termination You can stop using TramaMax and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the service or other users at risk, or when the law requires it. When possible, we will tell you in advance and give you a chance to export your content. ## Liability We provide the service with care and reasonable skill, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses caused by decisions made from data or results that you did not check, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives consumers and that cannot be waived. ## Law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may go to the courts of their own domicile and keep the mandatory protections of the country where they live. Before going to court, write to us — most questions are solved quickly. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
